Livia & Leo's Family Session

One of the reasons it's so hard to decide which photographer to hire is because all you're seeing is a website or social media posts, but you have no idea what actually goes on behind closed doors. You usually don't know whether the person you're hiring is running a full-time business or does photography on the side (as in, how seriously are they treating this?). You can forego the guesswork and go to an established photography studio, but then you might end up being photographed by an associate photographer and the quality might not match what was advertised.

All of those concerns define the way I've structured my business.

Photography is my full-time job. I have a studio which provides the ease and convenience of an established business, but I'm also the only photographer. It's a small operation. And I do everything in my power to keep it that way. I only schedule two photo sessions per week. Because I want to be able to dedicate the amount of time and love necessary to produce the result that satisfies a high standard of work. I want to be able to offer flexibility when someone needs to reschedule and have open spots on my calendar to accommodate last-minute newborn clients.

It's important to me to provide good service, not just good photography. And many of my clients commend on how "professional" every step of the process is (including the family featured in this post). Yes, I'm the only one here, but I have a team too - a wonderful assistant and hair stylists I work with. I have a studio management system to keep everything on track. And I'm always available when a client needs to reach me (granted email is always better than phone).

And that's why some of the best families in Riverside and Greenwich choose to work with me. There are plenty of photographers who take pretty pictures, but only a handful that provide great service and the kind of experience that makes it EASY.
