During the headshot session, team members will have the opportunity to review their images and make their selection on the spot. In the very unlikely event they don’t like any of their headshots for reasons in the photographer’s control (lighting, posing, etc.), we will retake their photos until they are happy with the results.

Nataliya Lalor is the founder of N. Lalor Photography, a photography Studio in Westport, Connecticut. She is detail-oriented, prompt, and quickly puts people at ease. Having worked in a corporate environment for almost 10 years, she knows the unique challenges of scheduling a time for headshots, which is why the entire process is designed to make it easy for you and guarantee results, at the same time.

SOME QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE:
Can you match headshots we have taken previously?
Absolutely! Many companies have headshots that match their branding but sometimes need to work with a different photographer. Please provide a sample image and any information you might have (like background color used) and it will be matched to seamlessly fit with your previous images.
How many people can be photographed in one day?
Typically you’ll want to allocate about 5 minutes per person to get several poses and expressions for them to choose from. 10 people per hour is a good pace, with about 6 hours photographing time (plus setup, breakdown, and lunch break). In total, about 60 people can be photographed in one day on location - so for bigger groups, you will want to split the session into several days.
Will you also photograph team photos?
Yes, you can request a group photo as part of your headshot session, or, choose a team composite where we can create an editable team portrait that can be easily updated in the future.
What if we can’t get everyone together on the same day?
Team members who work remotely or are unable to come in on headshot day are welcome to schedule their own session at the Studio at their convenience. Their image will be matched to the headshot that were taken on-site for a consistent look with the company brand.

The Studio is located conveniently at 575 Riverside Ave in Westport Connecticut, right off I-95 exit 17 and is just a 2 minute walk from the Westport Metro-North train station.
