Fun fact, Mary Heaven Acupuncture is right across the hall from my photography Studio. And I couldn’t be happier to have such an amazing neighbor! Not only am I so incredibly thankful to have met her, but am also so impressed with the wealth of her knowledge and the holistic approach she has to treating her patients.
When opening her location at 1081 E. Putnam Ave in Greenwich, Mary designed the space from scratch in order to create a relaxing oasis for her clients (see some of the photos below for how gorgeous it looks!). She offers acupuncture, breathwork and meditation, cosmetic acupuncture (which is a safe and alternative approach to Botox and fillers), essential oil therapy, cupping, workshops, and corporate wellness. It’s all incredibly fascinating and she’s been getting some raving reviews on social media and around town. And yes, you can instantly book your session online.
It’s so exciting to have Mary Heaven Acupuncture here in Greenwich as a local option for holistic medicine, not only because Mary is such a kind and wonderful person.. but also because we desperately need more centering calm in our lives, don’t you think?
Mary was born and raised in Greenwich, CT and at the age of 18 was diagnosed with Lyme disease. After years of being encumbered by this illness, she became completely determined to break ground on her path to wellness. In this time, she was swiftly guided to seek out a more holistic approach to life. She was introduced to the world of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, where some of the greatest shifts in her health & well-being ensued. After experiencing the profound effects of regular Acupuncture treatments, she felt compelled to begin professional training in a full-time Master’s program.
Mary believes that being present in your body and connecting with your heart center is where the healing transpires. When you feel good, you look good and your posture towards everything shifts.
